We are entering a new chapter in our Culinary journey, driven by innovation and a focus on guest experience. As a key leader in this exciting phase of growth, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our talented team towards success.

As an F&B Duty Manager, your primary objective is to ensure seamless food and beverage operations across all outlets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in driving professionalism, energy, and service excellence throughout the team. You will work closely with the Director of Culinary & Food and Beverage Services to achieve our vision of True Hospitality.

A typical day as an F&B Duty Manager involves:

  • Leading and supporting the front-of-house team during daily operations and service periods
  • Maintaining high standards of guest service, hospitality, and operational efficiency
  • Mentoring and developing team members to foster professional growth
  • Collaborating with the Director of Culinary and Food & Beverage Services on operational planning and initiatives
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of guest experiences and operational processes

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a senior capacity
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on building a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences, with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and operational skills, with the ability to adapt to change

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to:

  • Maintain guest satisfaction scores above departmental targets
  • Ensure operational standards and compliance with hygiene and safety requirements
  • Achieve service efficiency and quality targets across all food and beverage outlets
  • Demonstrate effective team management and development, including staff engagement and retention metrics
