Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our Brisbane office support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative assistance and support to our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming smile.
- Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing visitors to the correct person or department.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting rooms, including setting up teleconference and video conferencing equipment, and ensuring all necessary stationery and supplies are available.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying, as required.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role is required.
