Relief Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced teacher to provide relief teaching services in our Secondary School. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering Year 11 and Year 12 ATAR, General Outdoor Education, as well as Years 9-10 Outdoor Education and Year 11 Essential and Foundation Mathematics.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to apply appropriate risk management and emergency response protocols, and possess high-level skills in running activities such as camping, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, abseiling, rock climbing and bushwalking.

  1. Deliver high-quality education to students in Years 7-12.
  2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  4. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
  5. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified secondary school teacher with experience in delivering ATAR and General Outdoor Education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and TRBWA full registration.
