Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can share your passion for the outdoors?

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Activities Instructor to join our team at Swan Valley Adventure Centre. As an Outdoor Activities Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering outdoor education programs and activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and enjoyment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in outdoor recreation, such as Cert III outdoor recreation or equivalent
  • A commitment to deliver excellent customer service and support individuals in challenging situations
  • Enthusiasm for the outdoor environment and ability to assess risks and take decisive action when needed
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and group management skills
  • Good stamina and technical skills in a range of outdoor activities

In addition to these requirements, our ideal candidate will also hold a current Working with Children Check, National Police Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your outdoor leadership skills, work with a talented and dedicated team, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality outdoor education programs.

  • Deliver outdoor education programs and activities that meet the needs of our clients
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of outdoor education programs
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
