Key Job Details

We are seeking skilled MMU Operators to work in Central Queensland, operating the MMU to pump explosive products into pre-drilled blast holes on customer sites.

This is a 7 days on/7 days off roster role with camp facilities provided during the roster period.

A range of career advancement opportunities are available for successful candidates, including roles such as Supervisors, Territory Managers and Operational Leaders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operating MMU vehicles and other blasting plant machinery;
  • Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks;
  • Delivering explosive products down pre-drilled blast holes;
  • Working in a team to provide excellent service to customers;
  • Daily administration and customer interaction duties;

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Unwavering commitment to working safely;
  • Previous experience operating an MMU or similar blast delivery vehicle;
  • Current HR Licence;
  • Current QLD Explosives Security Clearance;
  • Positive team-oriented work ethic;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
