We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Photographer Lead to join our team.

This role is a hands-on leadership position where technical expertise meets creative direction, perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering best-in-class photography in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all in-studio photography, ensuring brand consistency and high visual standards across every shoot.

You will work closely with the Styling and Brand teams, aligning on creative direction and production needs, while leading and coaching freelance photographers to deliver on our visual identity.

  • Proven experience in digital studio photography
  • Demonstrated ability to coach a team to achieve brief requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders
  • A high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
