Job OpportunityWe're expanding our team supporting NDIS participants across the Alice Springs region and are excited to welcome passionate and experienced Occupational Therapists.

Responsibilities- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
- Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
- Demonstrated at least 2 years clinical OT experience within community, rehabilitation and/or paediatrics.
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- A valid Driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
- The ability to work independently.
