Job Description
We're expanding our team supporting NDIS participants across the Alice Springs region and are excited to welcome passionate and experienced Occupational Therapists.

No two days are ever the same You might find us in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.
Responsibilities will include:
Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services. Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments. Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals. Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance. What's in it for you?

Qualifications
About you
We are seeking a person with:
Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational TherapistExperience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy servicesDemonstrated at least 2 years clinical OT experience within community, rehabilitation and/or paediatricsA genuine passion for working in the disability sectorExcellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsValid Driver's license and access to reliable motor vehicleThe ability to work independently
