Job Description

We're expanding our team supporting NDIS participants across the Alice Springs region and are excited to welcome passionate and experienced Occupational Therapists.

We will provide you with structured supervision, mentoring, and CPD opportunities. We promise to invest in you so you can thrive in our fast-paced, energetic, and fun workplace. No two days are ever the same You might find us in childcare centres, schools, aged care facilities, day programs, the community, homes, and/or our clinic space.

Responsibilities will include:

- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
- Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

About you

We are seeking a person with:

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services
- Demonstrated at least 2 years clinical OT experience within community, rehabilitation, and/or paediatrics
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid Driver's license and access to reliable motor vehicle
- The ability to work independently
