Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and skilled individual to take on the role of Assistant Manager at our Aberfoyle Hub Tavern.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Publican in ensuring the smooth operation of the venue, as well as providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of dedicated staff members.

About the Role:

  • Lead a high-performing team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and manage venue operations, including inventory management and cash handling

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience and a strong track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Current RSA and RSG/RCG certification, as required by state regulations
