Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced security professionals who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a passion for the security industry.

The Role

This position involves providing security services to support tenants, guests, and visitors. Key responsibilities include building key tenant relationships, managing access, and responding to client requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide security services to support tenants, guests, and visitors.
  • Build key tenant relationships, manage access, and respond to client requests.
  • Ensure site safety and security, manage emergency situations, and demonstrate pro-active security awareness.

Requirements

  • Current NSW Full Security Licence.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Previous experience in Retail Security (not essential).
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of service delivery.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to respond to emergencies.
  • Valid work rights in Australia.
  • Availability across 7 days/nights.
