Site Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Controller to join our team in Sydney. As one of the largest providers of security services in Australia and New Zealand, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our employees with a highly experienced management team and industry-leading expertise.
About the Role- Respond promptly to calls and emails, providing immediate solutions for clients
- Conduct welfare checks and monitor CCTV for security
- Coordinate and dispatch guards for late starts, no-shows, and alarm responses
- Assist with after-hours rostering and cover drop shifts as needed
- Brief Security Officers on-site requirements and maintain accurate logs
- Report non-conformances to maintain quality service
- Supervise Security Officers in the Site Manager's absence
- Manage contractors, ensuring safety and compliance
- Serve as Point-of-Contact for works commencement, access approvals, and incident resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- 6 months of experience as a site security controller or supervisor
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Willing to support and step up as required into other roles
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)
- Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights
