Position Overview
As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing guidance and mentorship to a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, or Rehabilitation Counsellors.
- Overseeing a group of 8-10 consultants, offering strategic support during file assessments.
- Driving your team to achieve both individual and collective objectives.
- Exhibiting a strong commitment to delivering outstanding services and results for our clients.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to enhance team growth.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in the Vocational or Occupational Rehabilitation field.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies.
- Proven leadership skills or experience in a comparable position.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The confidence to take initiative in problem-solving and achieving results.
- A capacity to expand our services and foster robust relationships with key clients.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
