About the Role

A highly rewarding opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Senior EP Mapping Specialist, where you will utilize your clinical guidance and technical expertise to drive business growth and deliver exceptional outcomes to customers.

The Cardiac Ablation Solutions team is dedicated to disrupting and leading the market with advanced ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and conventional EP products for treating patients with abnormal heart rhythms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
  • Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
  • Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
  • Contribute to achieving national, regional, and territory sales objectives by driving incremental business within all CAS products.
  • Foster strong customer relationships resulting in incremental business growth.
  • Collaborate with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Work closely with local sales teams to conduct customer training for mapping and other CAS products.

This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the sales and clinical teams in the region to ensure seamless execution and delivery of our products and services.
