Role Overview:

Lecturer/Senior Lecturer In Clinical Psychology

This challenging and rewarding opportunity seeks a highly qualified clinical psychologist to join our esteemed institution. We are looking for an exceptional educator, researcher, and clinician who is passionate about teaching and mentoring students in the field of clinical psychology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops in paediatric and adolescent clinical psychology, developing and presenting content that showcases expertise in the field.
  • Provide expert clinical supervision to students, guiding them through placements and focusing on child and adolescent cases.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring that postgraduate clinical psychology programs remain at the forefront of the field.
  • Pursue research opportunities in clinical psychology education or paediatric mental health, publishing papers and presenting findings at national and international conferences.

Requirements:

  • Hold registration as a clinical psychologist with a strong passion for education and a commitment to shaping the future of the profession.
  • Bring expertise in paediatric and adolescent psychology and be fully registered as a Psychologist with Clinical Psychology endorsement from AHPRA/Psychology Board of Australia.
  • Hold supervisor registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
