We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join our expanding team at Sustain Recruit. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through strategic account management and new business acquisition.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities within new and existing client accounts
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts and national clients
  • Create and manage territory plans, setting measurable goals and timelines
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems for prospecting, planning, and sales activities
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including the Service department
  • Provide valuable insights to marketing and sales teams regarding competition and market dynamics

**Requirements**

  • Previous sales experience in hardware solution selling, with relevant industry knowledge
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business-to-business sales environments
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales revenue targets
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in processing or quality
  • Proficiency in cross-selling and Value Based Selling techniques
