A Principal SecOps Architect is a key leadership figure who shapes the future of cybersecurity and leads the charge in building smarter, faster, and more resilient security operations.

The ideal candidate will drive the Security Operations Centre (SOC) roadmap, setting the standard for detection and response excellence. They will build a world-class security engineering capability to meet enterprise-wide outcomes, define and embed standards and principles that lift our security posture across the business, and harness automation and AI-driven insights to transform incident response.

This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge SOAR tools and threat intelligence platforms, creating automated workflows that accelerate threat detection, response, and remediation, integrating security seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code environments, and building automation to strengthen compliance, policy enforcement, and validation.

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to innovate, lead, and influence security practices across a vital transport organisation.
