About the Role

We are seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our team at SEE Group. As a Plant Operator, you will play a critical role in the delivery of multiple infrastructure works across the Cadia Integrated Tailings Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including rigid trucks, dozers, graders, and other earthmoving equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant RII tickets and a Construction Induction Card.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Proven experience in operating heavy machinery and equipment in the mining industry.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong safety initiative and commitment to adhering to safety protocols.
