Veterinary Department Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced senior veterinary professional to join our team in a key leadership and management role. This position combines clinical responsibilities with the strategic management of the ECC department and veterinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with and support the Head of ECC in the administration and management of the ECC department.
- Develop and support the ECC team, including roster and leave management.
- Liaise with clients, referring veterinarians, and hospital staff members.
- Contribute to clinical work and ensure the highest standards of ECC/ICU care, support, and workflow.
Requirements:
- A veterinary degree registrable in Victoria.
- A proven history of leading a team of veterinarians in a senior veterinary capacity.
- Competence with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
