As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be part of a close-knit team supporting individuals who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic and equipment evaluations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and return to work, prioritizing client best interests.
- Develop targeted intervention strategies to enhance life independence, vocational capacity and functional performance.
- Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
- Fulfill registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
- Possess qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Demonstrate passion for injury prevention, facilitation of return to independence at work and at home, and a desire to make a positive impact.
- Show exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering on promises.
