Job Title: Technology Support Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving technical issues efficiently.

The Technology Support Specialist will provide first- and second-level technology support to staff, contractors, and third-party providers across multiple locations.

To excel in this position, one must effectively manage and triage incoming priorities, understanding clients' needs and meeting service level requirements.

Key responsibilities include completion of regular site visits, engaging with staff, and staying up-to-date with current technologies and industry trends.

The successful candidate will also collaborate closely with the operations team to support and maintain corporate software and infrastructure.

Duties include completing tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and continually developing skills to enhance overall performance.

For this role, desirable qualifications include knowledge of property management, VDI, Cherwell Service Management tools, Microsoft SCCM, Endpoint Manager, and PowerShell.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support or Technical Customer Support positions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications (Windows 10, Office Suite)
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate or equivalent
  • Detailed knowledge of Teams and Meeting Room Technologies
