Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse with a heart for aged care. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality clinical care in a supportive retirement village setting.

This part-time role offers the chance to work four days a week, providing holistic, person-centred support that honours the dignity, independence and wellbeing of our residents.

About the Role
  • Provide tailored care to meet each client's unique needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to care planning and delivery
  • Deliver routine and non-routine clinical care, such as wound care, injections, and post-fall support
  • Act as a clinical liaison for healthcare practitioners
  • Maintain accurate documentation to meet organisational standards
  • Engage in ongoing training and reflective clinical supervision
  • Contribute to a culturally sensitive and inclusive work environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Care: Provide high-quality clinical care to residents, including wound care, injections, and post-fall support
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to care planning and delivery
  • Communication: Act as a clinical liaison for healthcare practitioners and maintain accurate documentation
  • Ongoing Training: Engage in ongoing training and reflective clinical supervision
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Contribute to a culturally sensitive and inclusive work environment
What We Are Looking For
  • A compassionate and professional Registered Nurse with full registration and a current driver's licence
  • Previous experience in aged care or community nursing is desirable
  • Strong documentation, assessment and communication skills
