We offer a comprehensive range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and the option to buy one of our vehicles available for sale.
The RoleAs a Growth Specialist at Indie Campers, you will play a crucial role in driving regional growth by optimizing the number of nights offered, reducing the cost per night sold, and managing the cost of sales (COS) as a percentage of revenue. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, implementing growth strategies, and working closely with various teams to achieve regional growth targets.
You will be joining our APAC regional team, reporting directly to the Revenue Manager. Your role will involve:
- Developing and implementing growth strategies to increase the number of nights offered in the region.
- Monitoring and reducing the cost per night sold while maintaining high service quality.
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators related to nights offered, cost per night sold, and COS as a percentage of revenue.
- Conducting market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborating with the regional team and the HQ office to align growth initiatives with regional goals.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement and innovation to drive regional growth.
- Assisting in managing regional budgets and financial performance to achieve growth and profitability targets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in a growth/marketing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in growth and performance tracking software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
