Food Service Associate

We are seeking casual servers to join our team for the summer season.

  • This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to a happy team environment.

As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that members and guests receive a high level of service and enjoy their dining experience.

  1. You will work in a fast-paced environment, taking orders and serving food and beverages to members and guests.
  2. You will also be responsible for clearing and cleaning tables after use, polishing and preparing cutlery, and assisting with scullery duties as directed.
  3. Additionally, you will work under the direction of the Catering Manager to ensure that all aspects of your role are completed efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing friendly and efficient service to members and guests
  • Clearing and cleaning of tables after use
  • Polishing and preparing cutlery
  • Ensuring correct COVID-Safe cleaning procedures are followed
  • Assisting in scullery as directed
  • Working under the direction of the Catering Manager
