Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a food and beverage server.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient and friendly food and beverage service to all guests
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the venue's menu and promotions
  • Communicating additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
  • Collaborating with your team to provide seamless service
  • Maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working in a hospitality or customer service role
  • A passion for learning and growing your career in the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability to meet the venue's operating hours
  • A current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
