Experienced Project Engineers are sought to collaborate with project management teams on high-profile multistorey residential construction projects.

A 2-tower development is currently in the early stages of excavation and is expected to run for a couple of years. Future projects are also under consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful completion of the project.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate all engineering activities, including design, construction, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Work with other Engineers to achieve project goals.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and resolve any project-related challenges.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project engineering within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to large-scale industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
