About the Role

Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, is seeking a highly experienced senior executive to lead the Private Equity and M&A (PEMA) Services team in the Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the PEMA team to achieve strategic growth and development in the Pacific region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior private equity decision makers and business community leaders.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure coordination of PEMA resources.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals and market trends.
  • Provide M&A market insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Maximize yield opportunities in PEMA and drive new and expanded opportunities across Specialties.
  • Ensure team compliance with Client First Principles.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role within consulting or risk advisory.
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Track record of selling and delivering on complicated projects.
  • Strong technical ability and understanding of client challenges.
