The role of Community Health Care Professional is to support allied health services in a community setting.
About the Role
We are seeking an individual who can work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth running of allied health teams.
- To assist allied health professionals in providing culturally responsive and safe services within the community.
- To support one or more of the following allied health disciplines: Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Eye Health/Vision rehabilitation, Diabetes Nurse education, Audiology, Disability and aged care and/or Dietetics.
