About the Role

Our organization seeks two accomplished HR professionals to join its Human Resources Team.

As an HR Generalist, you will provide a comprehensive range of services to all employees across multiple locations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.

  • You will participate in interview panels, review employment agreements, collaborate on policies and projects, and develop strategies to attract and retain staff.
  • You will work closely with managers to plan induction sessions, flexible work arrangements, and engagement surveys.
  • You will also conduct investigations, prepare return-to-work plans, and provide advice on challenging conversations and workplace issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues
  • Ability to lead and coordinate projects, including developing policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of industrial and employee relations, organizational development, and talent management
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives, policies, and programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a customer-focused approach
