Hotel Portfolio Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee our portfolio of hotels, resorts, and clubs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel operations, financial management, and team development.

The successful applicant will lead a team of General Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and health and safety compliance across our portfolio.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of General Managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including property owners, guests, and regional leadership teams.
  • Drive strategic projects and operational improvements to enhance the overall performance of our portfolio.
  • Mentor and develop future leaders through effective succession planning.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives on delivering results and developing teams. Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience in hotel or resort operations, preferably with multiple-site management.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and driving business growth.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
