Job Title: Training Course OrganizerWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to manage our training courses from start to finish.The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating accredited and non-accredited courses, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of these programs. This includes coordinating enrolment processes, scheduling, resources allocation and student progress monitoring.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the logistics of training courses, including venue management, equipment and resource allocation
  • Support trainers with course preparation, scheduling, and student communication
  • Conduct pre-training reviews, eligibility checks, and testing for prospective students
  • Utilize learning management systems such as Canvas to monitor student progress and provide timely support
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, trainers, and external partners to ensure successful course outcomes
