We are seeking a diligent and professional Security Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in security operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Safety and security of people and assets
- Supporting the team with flexible rosters across 24+ hours per week
- Maintaining professional standards at all times
- Following instructions from Security Team Leaders diligently
Requirements:
- Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Superior customer service and client relations skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to report effectively to supervisors
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks collaboratively
- Commitment to ethical decision-making
- Current First Aid certificate
- Ability to attain a Working with Children Check
- Unrestricted availability to work a 24/7 roster
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Valid Security License & First Aid Certificate
- Ability to work day shift and night shift when required
- Willingness to travel to cover multiple locations
- Ability to be responsive for ADHOC coverage
