Job Opportunity:
">We are currently seeking a skilled security professional to work in our corporate office as a Security Concierge. As a key member of the security team, you will be responsible for managing the reception desk and assisting individuals with forgotten access cards and supporting visitors with the sign-in process.
Responsibilities:
">- Manage the reception desk and provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist individuals with forgotten access cards and resolve any related issues
- Support visitors with the sign-in process and ensure all necessary protocols are followed
- Monitor other sites in Australia and New Zealand remotely using CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity to management
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises and complete incident reports as required
Requirements:
">- Current and valid South Australian Security Licence
- Proven customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT-literate and willing to learn new systems
- Experience working with security systems, including Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Monitoring
