Customer Service Host

The Customer Service Host is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere as the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant.

This role involves greeting and seating guests professionally, providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, proactive and great with people to join our team on a casual basis with opportunities to increase hours based on demand.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a clean dining area.

A full training program will be provided to develop skills, and previous hospitality experience is highly regarded but not necessary.

A current RSA is required for this position.
