At HealthcareLink, we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Speech Pathologist to provide clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services, conducting assessments and interventions that include communication evaluations, swallowing and paediatric feeding assessments, mealtime management plan development, augmentative and alternative communication assessments, and ongoing therapy.

This role offers a very competitive remuneration package based on experience, including travel allowance, CPD allowance & development, flexible hours, and ownership of your client group and calendar. Our suburban office locations offer free onsite and local parking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for clients with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical services, including communication evaluations, swallowing and paediatric feeding assessments, mealtime management plan development, augmentative and alternative communication assessments, and ongoing therapy.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent) qualification.
  • Certified Practicing SPA membership.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Valid Drivers License and Vehicle.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive remuneration package, you will enjoy benefits such as:
