  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from sourcing to selling, ensuring accurate forecasting and optimised stock levels.
  • Analyse sales trends and consumer behaviour to inform product development and merchandising strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences.
  • Implement processes to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Retail/Fashion industry as a Planner, preferably in a premium retail environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • Familiarity with retail reporting systems, merchandise planning tools, and Microsoft Excel.
