Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Merchandise Planner to join our client's team. As a key member of the team, you will support the buying team function and contribute to top-line performance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Performance Monitoring: Track, report, and analyze product trends and performance to make data-backed recommendations for optimization.
  • Financial Planning: Conduct financial planning and projections to maximize business performance, regularly reviewing and revising sales and profit expectations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with Buying, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Operations teams to align buying strategies, marketing campaigns, and operational goals.

The Successful Candidate:

You have at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within an online apparel retailer. You possess strong financial and commercial acumen, knowledge of competitors, and ability to manage key relationships effectively. Additionally, you have effective negotiation and influencing skills, numerical and critical thinking abilities, and experience mentoring junior planners.
