We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team at Prospero Health & Social Care, a leading Not-For-Profit provider in aged care and retirement living. Our client is looking for a confident and skilled individual to manage the allocation of shifts to care work staff according to need and preference of the aged care client and the skill set of the Care Staff.
About the RoleThis is a full-time Scheduler position based in Central Coast, working with a large case load of clients across the Central Coast and Hunter Region. The successful candidate will have experience scheduling across Aged Care, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the allocation of shifts to care work staff
- Coordinate scheduling across Aged Care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with care staff and clients
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Minimum 1 year experience as Scheduler within aged care
- Full working rights
