Cresta is a cutting-edge technology company on a mission to revolutionize the contact center industry. Our platform combines innovative solutions to automate conversations and empower team members to work smarter and faster.

As a strategic sales leader, you will focus on partnering with large companies to unlock significant value through our AI technology. You will build relationships with key executives, evangelize our product, and help define our sales process in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales experience while building strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Run complex sales cycles from initial contact to close
  • Prospect for new clients, design product presentations, develop proposals, negotiate, and close contracts
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Cresta product, the Contact Center market, and customer needs
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of SaaS software sales experience at an enterprise level
  • Experience negotiating, structuring, and executing complex enterprise-level agreements
  • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through large deal close processes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
