We are seeking a Technical Architect to lead the strategy and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

About the Role:
  • This position involves developing and driving the enterprise architecture strategy for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and technology frameworks.
  • The successful candidate will provide leadership and governance for large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations, optimising system performance, scalability, and security.
  • You will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating technical risks to ensure long-term sustainability, as well as collaborating with senior business and IT leaders to align architecture with strategic goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and drive the enterprise architecture strategy for SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and technology frameworks.
  2. Provide leadership and governance for large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations, optimising system performance, scalability, and security.
  3. Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure long-term sustainability.
  4. Collaborate with senior business and IT leaders to align architecture with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in solution architecture, with expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and its integration within enterprise environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise integration tools.
  • Proficiency in API management, ETL, iPaaS, and data governance.
  • Strong background in security, compliance, and database management (SQL & NoSQL).
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.
