
Senior Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting daily and weekly operations from a scheduling perspective.
Main Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include providing regular reports, managing shrinkage, schedule adherence, delivery, and resource planning. You will also track outages, assess their impact on business operations, and review service level projections for the upcoming week. Ensuring all necessary efficiency parameters are within target is a priority.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Prior experience with Workforce Management tools and in-depth knowledge of their features is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as well as expertise in WFM tools such as IEX, Genesys, and Liveperson.
