Solutions Architect - Identity Security Specialist


">Job Description:

At the forefront of designing and implementing robust identity security solutions, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding organisational assets. Your expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) protocols and standards will enable you to craft innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organisation.

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM systems across Identity Provider (IdP), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) domains.
  • Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for IAM-related issues.
  • Champion the adoption of modern IAM standards like SAML, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and FIDO2.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM requirements and integrate solutions into business applications and processes.
  • Maintain and continuously improve IAM policies, procedures, documentation, and technical controls in line with industry best practices.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving delivery, influencing stakeholders, and uplifting IAM capability across the organisation. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these gaps.

Identity Security Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive IAM architectures.
  2. Lead efforts to enhance authentication, streamline governance, and strengthen privileged access controls.
  3. Advise on IAM policy development and implementation.
  4. Contribute to the evolution of IAM standards and best practices within the organisation.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on IAM capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Cybersecurity, or relevant industry certifications.
  • Strong experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • Thorough knowledge of IAM protocols, standards, and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset.
