The position of Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist is a full-time hybrid role located in Melbourne with some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivating tailored treatment plans to enhance cognitive functioning and support behavioral change
  • Developing and implementing behavior support and change programs to facilitate client progress
  • Providing therapeutic interventions and counseling to promote optimal well-being
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support clients with complex needs, fostering effective communication and coordinated care
  • Contributing to training and policy development initiatives to advance the field of neuropsychology

Requirements for this position include experience in conducting neuropsychological assessments and diagnostic reviews, proficiency in developing and implementing behavior support and change programs, skilled in providing therapeutic interventions and counseling, strong teamwork and collaboration skills with interdisciplinary teams, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work both in-office and remotely as needed, and a Master's or Doctoral degree in Neuropsychology or a related field.
