Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our bakery team as a Master Pastry Chef. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creatively develop new pastry recipes and menus
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia
  • Genuine passion for baking
  • Customer-first mentality
  • Love of teamwork and eagerness to grow and support others
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

You'll be working on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 5:00 AM to 11:30 AM. This is a permanent, full-time position.
