Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:- Identify equipment malfunctions and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Closely inspect, test, and maintain machinery and equipment in manufacturing areas to ensure smooth operation.
- Perform routine plant maintenance tasks, adhering to workplace health and safety guidelines and protocols.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a manufacturing context.
- Hold a Trade Qualification: Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
- Prior experience in an FMCG or Manufacturing facility is highly valued.
- Demonstrated expertise in fault diagnosis and repair techniques.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Will participate in all mandatory training sessions as required.
- Adept at working independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Comprehensive understanding of Workplace Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
