Warehouse Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and diligent Warehouse Assistant to join our busy team. This role involves handling high-end furniture, ensuring it's sorted and moved with care, as well as managing warehouse recycling by sorting plastics and flattening cardboard.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Safely move, store, and load/unload high-end furniture.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of warehouse.
  3. Sort plastic materials and flatten cardboard for recycling.
  4. Assist with stock checks and general warehouse duties.
  5. Follow safety procedures and handle items with attention to detail.
Requirements :
  1. Previous warehouse, manual handling, and furniture removalist experience preferred (training provided).
  2. Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving large, heavy items.
  3. Strong attention to detail and care in handling valuable products.
  4. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  5. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
