Job Title

Clinical Healthcare Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting thorough medical evaluations of applicants to ensure they meet the required standards for military service.


The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting in-depth medical reviews, including analysis of applicant histories and medical test results.
  • Ensuring that applicants meet the necessary medical standards established by Congress and the Military Services.
  • Guiding applicants through the enlistment process, including aptitude testing and security screenings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited U.S. residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine.
  • Board Certification in a U.S.-accredited body, preferably in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine.
  • Two years of clinical primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine experience within the last three years.
  • An active State Medical License.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Benefits

This is a full-time position with standard USMEPCOM hours, typically 0600-1700, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend duty in support of the mission. Enjoy all 11 Federal Holidays off while contributing to a mission that directly supports our Armed Forces.
