Position Overview

As a Behavioral Support Practitioner, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering innovative, person-centered, and quality services to our clients. Our operations are based on a hybrid model, allowing for both remote work and community engagement across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will benefit from ongoing peer supervision and support from a seasoned team, including three Advanced Level Behavioral Support Practitioners.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Registration as a Behavioral Support Practitioner with NDIS at the proficient level.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in conducting group sessions, training, coaching, or mentoring, with a proven history of delivering strength-based and person-centered services.
  • A positive and contemporary outlook, committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

  • National Police Clearance and NDIS worker screening check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
