Lead Retail Media Product Strategy

As a senior product manager, you will lead the development of onsite retail media products for Coles Online web and app. You will be responsible for shaping go-to-market plans and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital media products that drive commercial outcomes for suppliers and enhance customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic plans to launch and scale digital media products
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop sell-through strategies and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Managing ad-server transitions and stakeholder engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years' experience in digital advertising, product management, or strategy
  • Proven success launching and scaling digital media products
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience with go-to-market planning and execution
  • Familiarity with retail media platforms and ad tech ecosystems
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools for reporting and analytics
