Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing digital media campaigns and a strong understanding of the Australian market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading digital media outputs, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff members. They will also be required to negotiate with media partners, manage campaign buying, and optimise activity against agreed KPIs.

The role requires strong skills in data analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting using Microsoft Excel. Experience in mentoring and coaching junior staff is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead digital media outputs across multiple clients and channels
  • Negotiate with media partners to secure best-in-class rates and terms
  • Manage campaign buying with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Optimise activity against agreed KPIs to drive business growth
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital media management (3+ years)
  • Strong understanding of the Australian digital market
  • Ability to identify value-add opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Proficiency in eTam and eRam for TV and Radio ratings analysis
  • Experience with MOVE for Out-of-Home campaigns planning and optimisation
  • Ability to use Roy Morgan insights for Print and Digital recommendations
  • Proficiency in SMD for bookings, budget tracking and post-campaign reconciliation
  • Hands-on knowledge of media partner portals
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior staff members
